Crafting hub in the romulan area called Memory Alpha look at the info on the image as crafter-trader has moved from SOL to Memroy alpha so old info on official forums can be wrong...
The crafting system in this game is pretty basic at the moment, you dont really make new items, actually it's more of an item upgrade system.For example, you take some phasers mk 1, apply some of your anomaly materials and you have a shiny new uncommon phasers mark 1 that are slightly better than what you started with

Yep, I went to SOL base last night, looking and looking. I shall go to Memory Alpha tonight. Bit of a git that they've moved it, you can't warp thingy to that system. Is there a bank there too? Most my annomilous data is in the bank.
With my legendary shields as they are, I think I'm going to pit for engines. If I can't be caught, I can't be touched. That's my philosophy.
