STO EUROPE

First of all Welcome to the Europa Fleet AND THIS , the first fleet announcment

It shall be noted that all recruits that join before the offical launch date will be considered FOUNDER MEMBERS, and therefore depending on input and effort, will stand a far greater chance to premotion and a place on the ruling council which has five members that meet each month ( day and time to be discussed)

Consisting of a Recruiting, Tactical, War and Community officers and the Fleet Ambassador, these five who will run the fleet and they will enforce the fleet rules and charter.

in the longer term

Each of the council members will be a "squad leader" of a group of four/six dependant on group sizes, whom they help,advise, train with and fight with when in fleet activities.

we will have a two main PVP squads  whom the Fleet Tactical and War officer and his officers train.

we will try to have PVE activites organised  by the Community, Recruiting Fleet  officers.

this may well be the end parts of certain chain missions that require teamwork  for those all at a certain level

 it maybe a party on a player own starbase or a sorty into PVP klingon space  who knows... the choice is ours

Important info  to setting up the fleet

 for example: when we will meet up to start the guild , Location will be in the Earth Station

which is the first location after tutorial

we will need five of us, we should be able to do that relatively easily,  what instance,  will be posted in teamspeak at the time  and I guess  in the Fleet forums as well.

Jaste has been collecting in game names so that both he and myself will have you on our friends list, this will make it easier for all those instance issues and any rescue missions hehe,that we may all need from time to time.
